PRE FILTER -
The purification process starts with the advanced pre filter which removes sand,rust, sediment and other particulate matter.
It is used for keeping your RO life longer.
5 Micron rating Pores
ANTISCALANT BALLS –
It is used for removing Scaling and inorganic fouling before reaching to the further filter treatment process.
Fine SEDIMENT FILTER -
Sediment filter is made of fine melted PP which is blown and spun in a cylinder like form.
It does act as removing fine sediment, fine particles and small parts of organic matter from the water.
Gravitational force is used to remove the suspended fine impurities from water through it.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER -
(1100 IV, Granular and Extruded Block carbon)
Activated carbon filter generally absorbs and removes organic compound cause’s bad smell, taste in water and also removes free chlorine from water.
Activated carbon can exhibit varying performance characteristics depending upon its source of carbon , activation process (Iodine value), shape & sizes.
Some consideration in removing organic matters and impurities are contaminant properties, concentration, Temperature, PH and length of exposure.
ULTRA FILTER (UF) -
It removes the fine and colloidal particles from water. It does eliminate bacteria & virus from water.
UF has a hollow fiber membrane with .1 micron pore rating, which filter water from inside to out.
It is available in systems in 5” & 9” in sizes. UF system operates at a low Pressure.
HIGH TDS RO MEMBRANE -
RO system uses cross filtration where the solution crosses the filter with two outlets, the filter water one way and the contaminated water goes another way.
In an RO system, Pressure is used to overcome natural osmotic pressure, forcing feed water with its loads of dissolve salts and other impurities through a semipermeable membrane that removes high % of impurities.
The rejected salt and impurities concentrate above the membrane are passed to the drain can be used for any utility purpose.
MINERALISER -
Mineraliser is designed such a way that it ensure the release of essential minerals into the RO purified water .
It comes with a stable crystallized form which enables selective infusion of minerals.
POST CARBON FILTER -
It removes smell and gases from water and improves the taste of water.
Removes residual chlorine and other remaining organic particles.
ULTRA VIOLET -
Ultra violet kills bacteria, viruses and living organisms in water.
High intensity UV-C ray (254nm) penetrates harmful bacterial organisms and destroy the genetic core of its nucleus.
Some consideration are followed to better UV result that is lamp power, Quartz material (% of transmission), Hydraulic design of chamber, Compatibility of ballast and adequate Pre filtration to UV.
